OUR BUSINESS

OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to produce our products with sustainability and community development in mind. We have started to incorporate renewable energy mechanisms to assist in the production of our products and contribute less to climate change.

OPERATIONS

Our projects reflect a proven track record of converting mineral potential into sustainable global value. From initial pit optimization to complex metallurgical extraction, our portfolio spans the full life cycle of modern mining operations. Organized by asset lifecycle, our projects are divided into active operations driving current cash flow and legacy sites that define our execution history.

Current Projects

As a fully integrated mining services and mineral processing provider, our active portfolio showcases a business in constant motion. We do not just manage assets; we execute with precision. This section highlights our current large-scale operations, emphasizing our robust crushing, screening, and concentration capacities alongside our strict adherence to project timelines and safety standards.

Operational Capacity

High-throughput mechanized mining and modern fleet optimization.

Mineral Processing

Advanced dense medium separation (DMS) and flotation circuits maximizing recovery rates.

Project Execution

On-time, on-budget commissioning backed by a robust South African supply chain.

Mmina Tlou Mine

Bayeni Mining Group operates a crusher plant, screener and washplant at Mmina Tlou Mine, situated in Ga-Mathabatha Village, Limpopo Province. The operation is focused on the processing of iron ore.

Kuruman Manganese Mine

A manganese mine located in Northern Cape. This mine is still undergoing development. The intention is for it to be powered by its neighboring solar farm, for greater power efficiency and to play a role in achieving the Sustainability Development Goals.

Resource:

Premium manganese for batteries and renewable energy tech.

Sustainability:

Energy efficient processing and emission-reduction targets.

Community Impact:

Partnering with surrounding solar farms to mitigate climate change impact.

Kuruman Solar Farm

We are in the process of developing a solar farm that will be on the same property of our manganese mine, which will be used to power the operations of the mine and provide further green energy to the South African grid.

Resource
Harness abundant sunlight in the Northern Cape, a region with some of the highest solar irradiance levels globally
Capacity: 15MW (expandable to meet growing demand)

Sustainability
Energy-efficient processing and emission-reduction targets.

Carbon reduction – Displaces fossil fuel-based energy, reducing operational carbon emissions by 55%.

Land efficiency – Minimal environmental disruption compared to traditional mining; compatible with dual land use (e.g., grazing or agriculture around panels)

Past Projects

Our legacy operations stand as a definitive record of our capability to deliver on long-term project lifecycles, from initial groundbreaking to responsible asset closure. These projects showcase our historical expertise in complex engineering procurement and construction management (EPCM) frameworks across Southern Africa. More importantly, they demonstrate our unwavering commitment to post-mining sustainability, illustrating our proven capabilities in environmental rehabilitation, land restoration, and safe, compliant community handovers.
