He currently serves as a board member of a JSE listed industrial manufacturing and logistics Group and is the Executive Chairman of an investment holding company with focus on various sectors such as ICT, e-commerce, infrastructure, financial services, tourism, logistics, mining and agriculture.

Tshepo is considered an expert within the mining industry, as he lectures at the University of Johannesburg and facilitates various mining conferences through SAIMM.
